The «Veles 1» project is designed according to high architectural standards and is suitable for year-round residence.

The external walls we offer are thicker then almost in all the other similar projects.

There is an additional thermal insulation that will keep your house cool during summertime and save the warmth in
winter.

We use only high quality german brick, no plasterboard on internal walls (we care about the privacy of all the family members living in the houses that we offer).

Waterproofing of the house is what we also provide, ‘cause we think living close to the sea is a pure joy, and you do not want to destroy it by living in a house that might easily rot.

Convenient house layout that every sqm of it is used just right.

LOCATION

The projects we offer are situated in a quite and peaceful suburb of one of the biggest resort of bulgaria (Sunny beach)

The village situated just 5 min driving distance from the sea. There are 3 beaches near by.

The «Lidl» supermarket is 3 minutes away by car.

All the night life is 5 minutes away, including restaurants, casino and night clubs. But yet, the noise doesn’t bother you.

The airport of Burgas is 30 minutes away. There are lots of international arrivals there.

Istanbul Turkey is 4 h 30 min driving distance.

The unique UNESKO ancient city Nessebar is 20 minutes away.

All in all the apartment could be used for a all-year living, or as a vocational house. Nevertheless it could be rented (short-term as well) and the average tenant portrait will look like: a family that needs their serenity yet wants to have entertainments within reach
